Knight's Electric is your local, family owned and operated electrical contractor! Our scope of work includes residential, "light" commercial and service (troubleshooting) calls.

Common requests include installing ceiling fans, changing fixtures, adding outlets and switches, service upgrades, outdoor lighting, installing generator hookups, working on well pumps, etc.

With over 10 years of electrical experience in Lake County, our goal is to provide professional, quality work while striving to make sure you are satisfied with your service!

Rates:

Service calls for repairs and troubleshooting are subject to a minimum trip charge of $70 for the first hour and billed in half hour increments as needed thereafter.

*Any materials used on job are not included in hourly service rate and will be billed additionally.

Fan Installation - 1st fan at $70 which includes trip charge. Each additional fan thereafter is $50 each.

*Price includes installation of owner supplied fans on fan rated boxes only.

*Additional cost will be incurred if any boxes, braces or circuits need to be installed.
